gammaCore Product Training Program
Live training resources are available to help you learn how to properly operate your gammaCore, and ensure you use the device appropriately and consistently, which will give you the best possible results. The service is free of charge and available to any gammaCore patient. An electroCore consultant will visit you at your doctor’s office, home, office, or if you prefer, via webinar or phone call. Reimbursement and Funding Requests
electroCore is working with various public and private insurers globally to secure reimbursement of the gammaCore treatment. For more information on reimbursement and funding requests, please contact your local gammaCore representative or customer service.
Refunds for Non-Responders
Just like with any other drug or treatment, not all patients respond to treatment with gammaCore. An adequate trial is important. Most patients, when trained on the proper use of the device, will see a response within 3-5 acute attacks, and/or 4-8 weeks if using the gammaCore as a preventative therapy. If you find that you are not seeing a response to the therapy, electroCore will issue a full refund for the gammaCore for any reason within 45 days of receipt of device (Applicable on first device on initial order only, one per customer).* Please contact electroCore customer service or your local gammaCore representative for product returns.
